Refund & Exchange

At JUST BILLI , we strive to make each of our customers happy with their shopping. However, if you want to exchange the product for any reason, follow the steps below, and you can easily exchange any JUST BILLI product. We want this procedure to be hassle-free and simple for you.

• Any Exchange will be accepted for items where the service is initiated within 15 days of receiving the product.

• Products purchased on sale/offer can only be exchanged for a different size or colour.

• Products purchased on offer/sale are not exchangeable.

• No returns are accepted on orders once placed. 

• Each order is eligible for only one exchange. Review your requirements thoroughly before requesting an exchange.

• Ensure that the garment is clean and has not been used or damaged in any capacity. Only if our team finds the returned product in perfect condition can we further the exchange procedure.
